1.Responsibilities
have strong sense of responsibility,loving children,good at communicating and taking care of preschool kids.
Curriculum delivery/design and development/establishing positive learning environment.
Understand Montessori education philosophy,be able to work with other chinese teachers.
Conduct of assessment and student management.
Take on the role of class advisor.
Monitor and counsel students within the professional guidelines given student development.

2.Qualifications

At least 2 years teaching experience with children from1-6years old.

Comfortable working with students of different levels

Great English speaking and writing skills

Ability to create lesson plans

Minimum Batchelor’s degree

Ability to pass a background check

Great interpersonal skills

Great grammar knowledge

Certified English teaching qualification
