Foreign teachers must abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and work hard to promote the educational and cultural exchanges between China and other countries and improve the level of foreign language teaching in our college. In teaching, we must:
1. Observe the working discipline and rules and regulations of the College which must be observed by the faculty and staff.
2. Conscientiously observe the school's working time regulations, strictly implement the teaching plan, and earnestly organize teaching. If you need to ask for leave for something, you should ask for leave within half a day to the head of the teaching and research group, ask for leave within one day to the dean of the department, and apply to the academic Affairs Office and foreign Affairs Office for approval after more than one day's leave with the approval of the dean. You can leave the school only after the leave is granted.
Third, makes the teaching work plan, studies the teaching material earnestly before class, prepares the class.
Four, earnestly good each lesson, the teaching purpose is clear. Pay attention to teaching methods, arouse students' learning enthusiasm, improve the practicability of foreign language teaching and develop students' intelligence on the premise of completing the scheduled teaching plan and tasks.
5. Correct students' homework carefully after class, feedback right and wrong in time, and guide students' learning methods.
6. Take an active part in teaching and research activities, often exchange teaching experience and experience with other foreign language teachers, and constantly improve the teaching and research level.
