Job Description
Vacancy Requirements:
1. Native speakers only (United States,Unites Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa);
2. Bachelor degree and above;
3. Teaching experience preferred, but not required;
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate or 2 years of relevant work experience;
5. Have great passionate in education, love children and good communication skills.
Vacancy Responsibility:
1. Teaching children aged from 3-12 years old;
2. Develop teaching plan according to the school standard;
3. Organize teaching activity efficiently and comprehensively;
4. Ensure student's interest in learning and stimulate their learning enthusiasm;
5. Provide good teaching service to students such as checking homework, give feedback to students performance etc;
6. Able to participate teaching research and other school activity. Create positive relationship with colleagues;
Compensation:
1. 21 paid personal days off, 11 paid government holidays, 1 paid religious day off (of your choice)
2. Move-in Stipend one-time payment - 10,000 RMB (first month’s pay), Two full weeks of paid training to start, Probation period (60 days) - fully paid.
3. Health insurance (private and public)
4. Retention incentive of 6,000 RMB upon completion of the contract
5. 2nd year retention bonus (22nd month) – 1 full month extra pay
TOTAL = 28,000 RMB
This is based on 22.5 teaching hours per week
