Responsibilities:
1.Primarily focus on planning, preparing and delivering lessons as required;
2.Provide a creative and fun classroom environment for students;
3.Provide support and help students in and out of class;
4.Assign appropriate homework and mark it on time;
5.Evaluate and and report students’ progress on a regular basis;
6.Prepare lesson plans and activities for classes based upon ages and capabilities of individual students;
7.Cooperate with Chinese teachers;
8.Attend regular group academic meetings and improve teaching skills;
9.Actively participate in the school activities related to teaching.

Qualification and Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above. (Major in Education, English or Science is preferred);
2.Certificate: TESOL, TEFL ,CELTA or other admitted Teaching Certificate;
3.Energetic, patient and passionate in teaching.
4.Capable of inspiring students and developing customized teaching strategies for different students.
5.At least 2 years English teaching experience (in primary school and junior high school is preferred).

Salary&Benefits:
Salary Range: 15000-25000RMB pre-tax negotiable (depending on the experience and qualifications);
Work/Residence Permit: Assisted;
Accommodation: Single dormitory or housing allowance 0-1500RMB/per month pre-tax;
Transportation: Airplane tickets reimbursement after one year contract completion;

Holidays: All statutory holidays as paid holidays plus 1-day paid for Christmas holiday as well as paid summer & winter holidays.
