Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that engage young learners.
Track student progress and ensure that every student is achieving to the best of their ability.
Regularly report on student progress to parents and the department head.
Encourage students to practice English outside of the classroom to enhance learning.
Participate in creative problem-solving discussions to enhance teaching methods and student learning experiences.
Adhere to school guidelines and regulations to maintain a structured and effective learning environment.

Requirements:
Female applicants only, with at least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in China.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and educate young learners in a language-learning context.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with students, parents, and other educators.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement educational strategies and solutions.
Commitment to professional development and maintaining high teaching standards.
