● Position: Academic Lead Teacher

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Serious implement the strategic deployment of OIEC.
Put forward teaching plans and set up goals for international teachers.
● Responsible for the selection of teaching materials, the training of international teachers, the quality control and guidance of teaching.
● Edit, organize,draft the OIEC coursebook and publish within OIEC.
● Responsible for teaching affairs management of international teachers.
● Coordinate with the enrollment planning and promotion of OIEC.
● Four weeks before the end of each semester, submit a summary report of a semester and the teacher training program of new semester to OIEC.
● Organize international teachers to make student reports after exams.
● Operate the teaching management work according to The Teacher ’ s Handbook.
● Teaching 10 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS:

● Hold at least Bachelor degree or above
● Hold TESOL, TEFL,CELTA or equivalent certificates
● Related teaching experience prefer
● Speak Standard English.
● Native Speakers from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
● Meet other requirements for Working Z-visa.
