We are looking for a passionate English teacher to work with small group settings to help students develop their comprehension, encourage critical thinking, and pique their interest in English for G1-G6.

1. Requirements
- Foreign Nationalities with fluent English and currently based in Beijing.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant teaching experience.
- Professional attitude is essential.
- Preference for candidates with experience teaching National Geographic or Cambridge related curriculum (Think, Power Up, Reading Explorer, Great Writing).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- No criminal record.

2. Class Settings
- Student Age: 7–15 years old.
- Class Size: 4–8 students.
- Class Schedule: Classes are usually held between 18:00 and 20:00 Beijing time on weekdays and weekends between 09:30 and 18:00 . Each class lasts 2 hours, with 2–4 classes per week.
- Teaching Materials: Custom-designed materials based on the National Geographic series, supplemented with various Cambridge related resources.

We highly value lesson preparation to ensure top-quality teaching. Teachers are encouraged to bring their unique and engaging teaching styles while following the school’s teaching framework.

3. Recruitment Process
- Online Interview > Second Interview + Demo lesson.

4. Remuneration
- Basic Pay: 200–300 RMB/hour.
- Monthly Completion Bonus: 30–50 RMB/hour, awarded upon successful completion of classes.
