Job Responsibilities
1. Interactive Teaching
Conduct up to 25 hours/week of engaging English lessons for students aged 315, incorporating games, songs, roleplays, and ageappropriate activities.
Design lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum to foster language skills and creativity.

2. NonTeaching Duties
Dedicate minimum 15 hours/week to lesson preparation, material development (e.g., flashcards, props), student progress tracking, and parentteacher communication.
Attend staff meetings, workshops, and school events as required.

Work Schedule
⏰ Wednesday to Friday: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
⏰ Saturday & Sunday: 8:10 AM – 6:00 PM
Note: Breaks and nonteaching hours will be scheduled by the school.

Compensation & Benefits
✅ Salary: RMB 8,000 – 14,000/month (based on experience and performance)

Requirements
1.Age 22–45.
2.2. Notarized bachelor’s degree and TEFL/TESOL certificate (120+ hours, with a focus on young learners).
3. Passion for early childhood education, patience, and ability to manage dynamic classroom environments.
4. Submit a 2minute selfintroduction video (in English) demonstrating:
Teaching style (e.g., a short interactive demo with props or songs).
Understanding of childcentered language education.
