Ideal Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher; QS top universities background prioritized, Master's degree / English & Education majors preferred
• Native English speaker
• Warm, professional demeanor with vivid, appealing on-camera presentation skills
• Prior livestream teaching & online tutoring experience is a bonus (not mandatory)

Core Job Responsibilities
• Deliver live & pre-recorded English courses for kids aged 6–12
• Course scope: Phonics, Guided Reading, Novel Study, KET/PET/FCE exam preparation
• Standardized official lesson materials fully provided; strictly follow teaching scripts without casual unplanned chatting
• Attend weekly academic seminars for curriculum iteration & teaching experience sharing
• Complete pre-class lesson preparation, design extended learning materials and submit post-class teaching logs regularly
• Accept teaching inspections & optimize teaching methods per coaching guidance
• Take part in offline campus recruitment activities, student competitions judging and other academic events
