Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform in front of the green screen, record video/radio through the camera as the task required;
2. Deliver the trial class to the students age 5-12 as the department required;
3. Deliver both formal and informal assessments and progress reports throughout the program and keep close oversight on teacher performance;
4. Work with academic team to do the product development and quality improvement
5. Observe online class recording and deliver professional feedback and strategies to ensure and improve teaching quality;
6. Work 5 days per week in the Shanghai office;

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or above;
2. Performance with energetic, slow diction, and great passion. Innovation is preferred;
3. More than 1 year online or offline English teaching experience with the students age from 5-12;
4. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred.
5. Native or close to native English speaker; Chinses language is a plus;
6. Strong learning ability, active work ethic, good communication skills, and team spirit.
7. Accept working in weekends from 12:30pm to 9:30pm (it could be one day of the weekends);
8. Working visa qualified;
