Nanjing Montessori Kindergarten – English Montessori HRT Teacher Wanted

Job Responsibilities
1.Deliver full Montessori curriculum in English for preschool kids aged 3–6.
2.Design daily lesson plans, organize indoor & outdoor Montessori activities.
3.Observe children’s growth, keep student portfolios and daily learning records.
4.Communicate regularly with parents, hold parent-teacher conferences.
5.Cooperate with Chinese co-teachers to maintain classroom order and safe learning environment.
6.Prepare classroom Montessori teaching aids and decorate learning corners.

Requirements
1. English speaker with clear pronunciation; holding valid work visa eligibility.
2.Montessori teaching certificate (AMI/AMS preferred).
3.Prior preschool / Montessori classroom teaching experience.
4.Patient, loving, energetic, good at interacting with young children.
5.Basic classroom management and parent communication skills.
