[Job Responsibilities]
- Teach English to students aged 4–12 years old
- Class size: 5–12 students per class
- Class length: 1.5 hours per session
- Contract hours: Up to 100 teaching hours/month (up to 120 hours during summer/winter camps), plus administrative duties
- Weekly schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 40 hours/week
- Working hours:
Wednesday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Days off: Monday and Tuesday

[Salary & Benefits]
- Monthly base salary: RMB 20,000 – 24,000 (before tax)
- Housing allowance: RMB 3,000/month
- Annual bonus: Equivalent to one month's salary
- Public Chinese national holidays
- Annual leave: 10 working days (1 additional day for each year of service, up to 20 days total)
- Christmas holiday: 1 day
- Paid sick leave: 5 days/year

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- TEFL/TESOL certificate required
