There is a position opening in full-time English Teacher at Qingpu center.

#Job Descriptions:
1. Deliver English classes;
2. Deliver Demo English classes to help recruit new students;
3. Participate in and be supportive for school-related events and holiday activities;
4. Give substitute classes when it's necessary.

#Working Hours:
Totally 34 hours / week (24 hours' teaching + 10 hours' in the office)

#Working Schedule:
From Wed. to Fri.: 2 p.m.~8:30 p.m. Including Dinner Break for 30 minutes
From Sat. to Sun.: 8:30 a.m.~17:30 p.m. Including Lunch Break for 1 hour

#Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is a minimum.
2. 2 years or more teaching experience in kids is preferred;
3. The certificate like TEFL or TESOL is preferred. (120 hours)
4. Non-criminal Report.
5. All documents need to be notarized or being original and genuine for work visa application.
6. With a genuine interest in teaching kids and this position requires patience, love, and a strong sense of responsibility.
7. Enthusiastic, energetic teachers who are committed to teaching kids English in China;

#Salary:
#Probation: 3 months.
#Probational salary, general: 15500 RMB + work benefit + bonus
(depending on your degree and teaching experience)

Extra Benefit:
1. We provide 1000 RMB for house allowance each month
2. We provide work visa application support and residence permit;
3. After fulfilling a one year contract, you will get 3000 RMB for your loyalty;

As for an English Teacher for kids, you will be evaluated on the following perspectives:
1）Classroom management:
#Prepare English classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
#Prepare coursework, class sessions planning:

2）Select / integrate appropriate instructional materials for classroom instruction, for example:
# Organize/deliver classroom lectures to students.
# Arrange extra-curricular activities and set targets for pupils.
# Deliver engaging, coherent lectures and motivating lessons to students across all Key Stages.
# Utilize learning technology in the planning and delivery of lessons.

3）Develop English lesson plans in line with the national curriculum
#Plan English lessons to meet curriculum standards.

4）Evaluate the students’ classwork and assignments:
#Grade tests, essays, reports, and other assignments;
#Regularly provide students with feedback in line with the faculty assessment systems.

5）Maintain discipline in the classroom
#Create a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
#Record and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades.
