We are now looking for experienced English Teachers to teach for Wintec in Guizhou and Jinhua, China. We have several fixed term positions from one semester to one academic year, teaching in the classroom up to approximately 24 hours per week, starting in September/October 2019!

We welcome teachers who are positive, resilient, passionate about helping students and comfortable with ongoing change. It is also expected that our teachers are able to engage with less motivated students and develop good working relationships with other teachers, administration and management staff.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Have an English teaching qualification, e.g. TESOL, CELTA, TEFL etc.
• Have 2-3 years’ experience teaching General English to students with low English levels.
• Use a student-centred approach to teaching.
• Have some overseas experience and ideally have worked in China before with young adult learners. However, this is not mandatory.
