Job Description
Duties
The duties to be performed by the Employee include:
1. Teaching ESL--- English as a Second Language
2. Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development
3. Supervising test and exams and giving level tests
4. Assisting with administration including intake and placement of students and recording attendance
5. Counseling students
6. Participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s)
7. Participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school
8. Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the school
9. Attending all scheduled meeting where his/her presence is required
10. Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and our school in his/her working hours.

Qualifications

The qualifications required of the employee include:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 2 years’ teaching experience after graduation
3. Native English speaker

1. A basic monthly salary of RMB__12000_____ ,, the probation period salary RMB 12000 in 2 months of probation period ,this is due and payable on the 8th of each month, not in advance. (The pay period is calculated for the period from the first to the last day of the month before. The attandence record will be tracked from the 1th of the month before last to the 30th of last month). Probation review will be made after two months probation. The Employer reserves the right to extend the probation period if the employee’s performance is under expectation.
2. Party B is responsible for accommodation him/her self as well as the related utility expenses. Party A shall only cover the monthly housing allowance of RMB 2,000 which is settled each month with the exception of the first and last months of employment, in which cases the housing allowance should only cover the actual days of employment of that month. The payment will be made at the beginning of the next month. Any unused portion the housing allowance will be applied to the Employee’s salary and taxed at the appropriate rate.
3. If the unpaid leave is taken, the all remuneration, including monthly salary, housing allowance will be paid according to the actual working days.
4. There will be a payment toward airfare costs of RMB 10,000 after the Employee has finished the whole contract. The employee should present the original air ticket, which must bear the employee’s name and the dates of the current year. If the ESL teacher takes more than 10-day unpaid leave within a contract period, the airfare cost will be deducted accordingly. For example, in the event there are 15 days of unpaid leave, the airfare costs will be reduced on a prorate basis, including the first 10 days.
5. The employer will offer an accident Insurance to the employees. If an employee suffers an accident in China, whether fatal or otherwise, web will take responsibility for costs as shown in the Insurance Benefit For China Card
