BE ACADEMY INTRODUCTION

BE Academy focuses on providing students with elite private tutoring services from outstanding foreign teachers located both locally in China and around the world. We prepare students for life at schools and universities abroad by providing tuition in a wide-range of individual subjects as well as preparation for entrance examinations such as the IELTS and TOEFL, among others. We also perform mock interviews and help students adjust to the different teaching methods of the western education system.
Our mission is to educate all students interested in learning English, gaining entrance at a foreign or international school, or those seeking help in a number of other subjects, all of which are taught entirely in English.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

FOR ENGLISH TEACHERS:
• Native English speakers from major English speaking countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand)
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification; BA degree prefer
• A certificate level of CELTA , TEFL, TESOL or equivalent qualification
• At least two years teaching experience, preferably in academic English teaching
• Experience in teaching phonics, reading, writing, grammar or interview preparation
In addition, we prefer teachers possessing below qualities:
• Able to deliver classes in fun and creative ways
• Experience of working in a multicultural environment
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Highly organized and punctuality
• Work well under pressure and highly motivated, with the ability to face challenges
• A confident, energetic, and dynamic personality
