Responsibility:
1. Hold English classes for 3~15 year-old children in interactive ways. Our R&D team have produced substantial teaching materials, nonetheless, the teachers must carefully prepare for every class to realize the best quality.
2. Closely monitor the growth of the students’ skills and keep them challenging higher level. Assist to manage the learning process of students and enhance the interaction with their parents. Normally the class size is between 4-8.
3. You may develop your personalized teaching styles, under the teaching framework of the school.
4. Participate in managerial projects such as product development, operational optimization and people management.

Requirements:
1. Native English speaker only.
2. No teaching experience is required, but professional attitude is a must.
3. Willing to work long term in the city (for at least 2 years). Frequent job-hopping is not welcome.
4. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
5. No criminal record.
