Required and Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:
1. Bachelor's Degree in related areas (required)
2. Teaching qualifications and appropriate certification/licensure (required)
3. 3+ years of relevant teaching experience (required), preferably with international school experience in China
4.Native English speaker. Ability to speak Mandarin a plus but not required
5. A positive, pro-active, reliable and collaborative nature with strong organization skills (required).
6. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and has a personality reflecting the demands of the teaching profession (patience, understanding, care, etc.). He or she will possess a high level of content knowledge for their subject, have a wide repertoire of contemporary instructional strategies (including use of technology), and well-developed classroom management skills based on mutual respect.
