- Native speaker

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- At least one year of English training experience (corporate English training preferred)

- Experience in training business soft skills as well as English

- A self-starter, able to prioritize and with an attention to detail

- Strong problem solving ability to identify needs and recommend/implement appropriate solutions

- Cooperative team player with experience working in a team

- Excellent communication skills and pleasant personality

- Knowledge of software industry or IT background a plus
