Job Title: Foreign Training School English Teacher

Responsibilities:
Ensure the class is well-organized for teaching activity.
Implement and model high standards of work practice and review, critically reflecting, and evaluating teaching process.
Show great individual care and support for students, promoting learning styles that cater to individual differences to provide engagement in learning.
Establish instructional objectives, making use of core teaching resources and supplementary materials.
Assess and analyse student progress to inform instruction and provide constructive feedback to promote students’ progress.
Respect, appreciate and understand differences in learning and school culture.
Work cooperatively with fellow-staff members and administrators.
Attend staff meetings, teacher workdays and professional development activities as assigned or recommended.
Contribute to extracurricular activities on a regular basis.
About the school :
There are 2300 students with more than 15 forigen teachers there and the manager is foreigner.
Start date and contract length:
12 months contract renewable
on board date: September 2019

Working Hours and days:
Wednesday -Friday :4:30pm-6pm
Weekends : 8am-6pm
No office hours
Class size and ages:
Age group: 3-12 &12-15(flexible age group based on the teachers preference and qualification)
Location: Nantong , Jiangsu Province
Salary and Benefit:
Working Visa (Z Visa) provided
14000-25000 per month
Single apartment provided
10 days winter and 2 weeks minimum of summer holidays
Round -trip flight allowance after one year contract completion
Airport collection & hotel stay on arrival
Ongoing support throughout entirety of contract
Assistance finding an apartment, setting up bank account, etc
Monthly Team Building activities that are fun and unique


Special Requirements:
Native speaker or excellent non-native
1-3 years teaching experience preferred
Keep good atmosphere during the class; reliable and joyful
Responsible and dedicate to teaching
TEFL or TESOL preferred
