Englishe Trainer-ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Due to we are a company, the trainer is providing English & Soft skill training to our staff. And also, the trainer need to develop training materials. The training schedule is planned by trainer and we normal will have about 5 hours classroom training per week. And trainer also need to conduct one to one English coaching and English Skill assessment to staff, organize English Activity or Games, generate Staff English Status Report etc.
- Working schedule is 8 hours per day with 5 working days a week (Flextime, 8:00am-10:00am in the morning, 5:00pm-7:00pm off time). Most of our staff could speak English fluently. Relaxed working environment and have no working overtime.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience of teaching business English to adults
- At least two years’ experience as an English teacher to intermediate/advanced adult learners
- Great interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Knowledge of software industry is a plus

Benefite:

1.12 days Paid Time Off for the first year. 1 more day added for each service year. And 15 days is the cup.
