Requirements:

• Native speaker
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least one year of English training experience (corporate English training preferred)
• Experience in training business soft skills as well as English
• A self-starter, able to prioritize and with an attention to detail
• Strong problem solving ability to identify needs and recommend/implement appropriate solutions
• Cooperative team player with experience working in a team
• Excellent communication skills and pleasant personality
• Knowledge of software industry or IT background a plus
