Responsibilities:

Conduct application screening and interviews online with remote English tutors (mostly in the US). Tutor will be tutoring young Chinese students in China

Provide professional teacher recruiting support service by answering questions from applicants via email or WeChat

Qualifications:

Professional working proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking

Cross-cultural understanding. Experience studying or living in the US preferred

Excellent communication skills, fast learner and ability to work under pressure

Results-oriented; willing to work hard to finish assignments before the deadline

Proactively takes the initiative to streamline the recruitment process

Bachelor’s degree. Graduated or in progress

Preferred but not essential: Experience with tutor recruitment, especially North American tutor recruitment
