Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced English tutor to provide engaging and immersive English learning sessions for children aged 2-4 years old. The tutor will conduct weekly in-person classes in Jiading, Shanghai, focusing on spoken English in the early stages and later introducing phonics. Each session will have 4-6 children, and we are seeking a tutor who can commit to a long-term collaboration (at least one year).

Responsibilities:
• Conduct fun and interactive English sessions for young learners (ages 2-4).
• Focus on developing listening and speaking skills through songs, stories, and activities.
• Gradually introduce phonics as the children progress.
• Create an engaging and immersive English-speaking environment.
• Adapt teaching methods based on children’s needs and progress.
• Maintain a friendly and encouraging atmosphere to foster children’s love for English.

Job Details:
• Location: Jiading, Shanghai (in-person classes)
• Schedule: Once a week
• Class size: 4-6 children per session
• Commitment: At least one year
• Rate: ¥250-300 per hour (based on experience and interview performance)
