Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver customized English lessons aligned with students' learning goals (phonics, grammar, reading, speaking, etc.)
• Provide 1:1 interactive instruction to elementary students using age-appropriate teaching materials
• Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss learning outcomes
• Prepare brief progress reports after each session

Requirements:
• Native/Near-native English proficiency (Clear accent preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Education/English majors preferred)
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience with elementary students
• Patient, energetic, and passionate about child education
• Strong cultural awareness and communication skills
