A flexible and adaptable graduate from a recognised University is needed to teach English, commencing as soon as possible. Native speakers would be preferred.

CIE Business College is based on a University campus in Yantai, a popular, beautiful seaside resort in Shandong Province, east of Beijing in north-east China.

The teaching programme is negotiable but could be to a range of students, aged from 11 to 20, taking School and pre-University foundation courses, along with teaching at local partner colleges. Additionally there is the possibility of teaching on winter and summer schools, and adult teacher training short-course programmes.

The post would include the normal education administrative duties including standard lesson planning, as well as setting and marking assessments and there is an opportunity to be involved in management responsibilities at a senior level. The salary is negotiable but would be on a par with equivalent positions in China and include travel, visa and other expenses. Help towards obtaining visa is provided along with on campus accommodation.

The successful candidate will preferably have taught EFL overseas and possess a PGCE and/or TEFL Certificate or Diploma. Experience of teaching Business subjects would be an advantage but is not essential.
