Job description
Preparing and delivering engaging lessons to students from different backgrounds , who all have different interests and abilities
Providing a variety of materials and resources for students to exploremanipulate and use
Preparing lesson plans , developing rubric , designing PBL projectassignments and assessments , supervising students during events andexperiments , and acting as a field trip chaperone
Monitoring student performance , and adjusting teaching strategies andtechniques for improved content delivery
Responding to student inquiries , and helping students on an individua ling up exams , assessments , and experiments in accordance with curriculum requirements or standards
Communicating any student issues to parents , counselors , and other relevant staff members
Attending all school events , club meetings , and faculty and staff meetingsas required
Representing the school at conferences , workshops , and other networ kingevents
Coming up with suggestions to improve the Teaching Department andgeneral school operations
Building rapport with students so that they feel comfortable and safe discussing sensitive topics in school and community
Encouraging students to participate in academic related projects , fairs competitions , and expos , and preparing them for these events
