Starting time: Sep of 2026;
Salary and Benefits:
1. Basic Salary: 25-30K per month, with full payment on summer and winter holidays;
2. Apartment: Free single apartment on campus;
3. Flight reimbursement for 8000RMB per month;
4. Normal Insurance from Foreign Expert Bureau;
5. 20 Teaching Hours per week;

Responsibilities:
1. Teachers should obey the local bylaws and teachers’ code of conduct of Hangzhou Wickham School.
2. Create a warm and encouraging atmosphere in the class;
3. Design the syllabus, semester or academic year teaching calendar, which should contain objectives, topics of the subject and the internal student assessment method before the semester starts;
4. Internal assessment method for students should be objective and can truely reflect the students’ progresses;
5. Contribute to the development of the laboratory according to the curriculum requirement;
6. Offer at least three times per week after school tutoring or competition training to students;
7. Twice a week supervision duty for student morning and evening self-study;
8. Mark the homework, set the exam papers, mark the papers, and grades submission to ManageBac should be completed before the deadline;
9. Report students’ attendance/absence or any other emergencies by following the school’s procedures;
10. Manage students in the class or activities, parent communication;
11. Subject teachers will be required to attend the parent meeting which is no less than twice a semester;
12. Subject teachers will be require to support the school’s admission affairs such as school’s open day, external admission exhibitions and so on, which are no less than twice a semester;
13. Other designated duties with mutual agreement.
