About the Role:

As a Business Data Technician, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing and validating information using web-based research and processing business applications. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform web-based research to evaluate data quality
• Apply critical thinking to identify high-level data trends
• Follow outlined processes to achieve predictable outcomes
• Perform occasional software usability testing and provide feedback
• Analyze information and issues to bring them to resolution through web-research, data analysis, and critical thinking

Requirements:

• Candidates must be eligible to work in USA
• Candidates must  have full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Skills and Experience:

• Detail-oriented
• Passionate about IT and familiar with iOS and macOS
• Able to work with large data-sets, identify patterns and trends and draw conclusions to recommend actions
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
• Comfortable with placing outbound calls
• Able to adapt to working with large data sets identifying patterns
• Skilled at web-research and web-based maps applications
• Comfortable working independently, as well as in small and large cross-functional teams 

Nice to have:

• University Degree in Business Analysis desired; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
• Minimum 1 year of experience with web-based map applications
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis
• Experience with social media sites
