1.The employee will be based in dezhou， China as a teacher of English as a foreign language. This will include lesson preparation. Participating in course research, update and evaluation, promotional events and any other teaching related activities.
2.The contracted working hours are 35-40 hours(not teaching hours) per week. As a rule, the employee is not allowed to take teaching tasks in other organizations. The employee will be further paid for the teaching tasks beyond teaching-work hours per month on the condition that the teaching is arranged by the school which cooperates with TR Recruiting company. The employee has the responsibility of participating in teaching research activities. These activities are not in the category of extra pay since they are indispensable parts of regular teaching work.
3.The school cooperating with employer has the right to adjust the job requirements of Employee and his\her tasks and duties or change the workplace within the city according to the business requirements of the school, also have the right to arrange the employee work in the temporary.
4.The working days are 9:00-19:30 on Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30 on Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes because of some activities in school, the schedule can be changed a little temporarily, Take a day off every week.(because of the time limitation, the schedule is basically made by this, we can figure out the accurate one later when you agree the salary basically)
