岗位职责：

1. 负责校区里的学员教学工作；

2. 前期的备课，教学材料准备；

3. 参与校区内的定期培训、试讲，提升教学技能；

4. 积极主动和家长沟通，反馈孩子的学习情况，促进续班的达成；

5. 完成校区校长、教学主管安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 英语技能优秀，大学英语专业八级或者大学英语六级优先；

2. 有1-2年英语教学经验优先；

3. 英语口语发音标准，上课思路清晰；

4. 有亲和力，有耐心。
