任职资格：

1.22-35岁为佳，本科或以上学历，师范院校英语专业优先，英语专业四级或八级;

2.普通话标准，英语流利且口语发音标准，形象气质佳，授课生动活泼，热爱教育事业;

3.深刻了解中西方教育差异，理解教学方法理论及实践，充分了解少儿英语学习者的需求;

4.语言表达能力强，善于与小朋友及家长沟通;

5.具有爱心、责任心、团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳精神。

岗位职责：

1.完成教学任务与目标，教授相应级别的课程并给予学生有效的学习建议，并达成相应教学服务要求；

2.组织公开课演示，协助招生工作；

3.按时参与学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动；

4.完成教务任务与目标，积极配合各项校区活动，注重团队协作。

【工资待遇：底薪4000-7000+课时费，50节课时月收入可达9000-13000】

Qualification:

1.22-35 years old is better, college or higher education, college English major priority ,CET6 or above.

2.Standard Mandarin, fluently spoken English , pronunciation standards, excellent image quality, love teaching education.

3.Deep understanding of the differences in Western education, understanding the theory and practice of teaching methods,understanding the needs of children and English learners.

4.Language ability, good communication with their children and parents, communication is preferred

5.With love, responsibility, teamwork and hard-working spirit.

Responsibilities:

1.Complete the task of teaching, teach appropriate level of course and give students an effective learning proposal and reach teaching service requirements.

2.Organization open class presentations, enrollment assistance

3.Take part in various training, teaching and research, seminars and other meetings and events.

4.Complete the educational mission and goals, cooperate with the various campus activities, focusing on teamwork.
