岗位职责：

1. 负责校区里的学员教学工作；

2. 前期的备课，教学材料准备；

3. 参与校区内的定期培训，提升教学技能；

4. 积极主动和家长沟通，反馈孩子的学习情况，促进续班的达成；

5. 完成校区校长，教学主管安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 英语技能优秀，大学英语六级或专业四级及以上（有留学经历或专业八级优先）；

2. 有1-2年英语教学经验优先；

3. 英语口语发音标准，上课思路清晰；

4. 有亲和力，有耐心。

Job responsibility:

1. Being responsible for English teaching to all ages of trainees;

2. Preparing the class materials;

3. Joining the regular training organized by school to improve teaching skill;

4. Being active to communicate with clients;

5. Other jobs arranged by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Excellent English skill in oral and writing, TEM4 or CET6 preferred;

2. 1-2 years teaching experience preferred;

3. Logical and fluent teaching style;

4. Being amiable and patient.
