（1）The teacher’s certificate or the degree of Bachelors on Education.有教师资格证或者正规教育学本科以上学历。
（2）With more than two years’ teaching experience in Alevel Education.有2年以上IGCSE或者Alevel相关学科教学经验。
（3）The English teacher must be the native speakers， have the relative teaching certificate and teaching experience for students in certain ages. For other subjects, the teachers should speak clear English.英语教师必须是来源于英语母语国家，有相应学段的教学资质和教学经验。其他学科教师可以是非母语国家，但要求口音清晰。
（4）The teachers should be elder than 24 and younger thant 58, with good health statement.年龄要求在24-58岁之间。身体健康。
