Job Description

We are looking for an English native speaker as our oral English teacher for one year or more. Qualified candidates must be BA degree holders. He/She is expected to teach the students majoring in Business English and Foreign Trade from 6 classes of Grade 1 and 2, 2 teaching periods (45mins each) for each class a week. And he/she will teach the students of English training team (about 10 students) twice a week, one hour per time.In short, the foreign teacher will have regular 14 teaching hours in 5 days every week without office hour. There are usually 19 teaching weeks in a semester, the teacher should grade the students twice for the midterm and the final tests.The basic salary will be RMB7,000 per month.

Since we have cooperative relationship with some New Zealand colleges, it is possible for the foreign teacher to teach temporally the students who are going study abroad . If so, we will pay the foreign teacher 150 yuan per hour for the overwork, basing on having taught English classes 14 hours a week.

We apply New Interchange <剑桥国际英语教程> as text books, and the teacher can arrange the content and adopt other materials according to the students’ need and level. 

The foreign teacher will have the same vacation as the Chinese teachers’ according to the government arrangement.

We offer the foreign teacher an free apartment with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It has necessary facilities like furniture, cookers, washing machine and air conditioners, and it's in the teacher's dormitory building, just next to the campus.
 
We are willing to renew a contract with the foreign teacher if he/she meets our needs.
