⏰Working hour: Wednesday-Friday: 13:30-20:30 Saturday-Sunday: 9:00-18:30
Basic salary from 20-27k after tax+free apartment Base pay +Teaching Bonus + Base KPI
Monthly 36 hours with paid fees for each of additional classes.
A demo Bonus will be paid to if there has been a tuition payment in full after Demo class
with attendance & performance bonus, housing allowance and contract completion bonus

Qualifications：
* Bachelor degree prefered
* No criminal record. 
* Clear medical history 
* TEFEL/TESOL preferred or 1 years of teaching related experience post-graduation, but not necessary as full training is given.
* End of August or Beginning of Spe starts all negotiable.
* Native speaker perfered (UK, Ireland, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa)
 

Academic Responsibilities
1. Maintain a positive relationship with managers, co-workers, students, and parents.
2. Accomplish lesson objectives in online classes.
3. Prepare for lessons before teaching in a classroom.
4. Interacts with students in a respectful and caring manner..
6. Use a variety of strategies and ways to engage students in classes.
7. When parents raise concerns regarding student’s progress, give appropriate attention.
8  When not teaching, assist the marketing team with teaching and hosting promotional
and demonstration lessons both in and out of school
9. Coordinate and participate in events and activities at school
10.Accept constructive feedback and works on improving their lessons & etc.
