Training center, looking for ESLTeachers
Basic Requirements:
1) Native English Speakers and European English teachers
2) Degree: BA degree or higher education background
3) TEFL /TESOL not a must, but preferable
4) No Criminal Record
5) The candidate should be motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching as well as living in a foreign country.
6) Mentally and physically healthy
Job Details:
Full-time English teachers are needed for Shanghai/Peking/Chengdu
Center type:
4 to 12 years old (teen-center)
Subject/Course:
English lessons with a combination of music art and drama elements
Subject/Course/Class Size: English lessons 4-12 students per class with music, art and drama Elements

Weekends 08:30-18:30
Weekdays 1:50-8:50

Salary and benefits:
1) Salary: 13000-20000 RMB/month AFTER TAX (Salary range depends on the city candidate’s qualifications)
2) Accommodation: The school will assist in finding accommodation for the teachers. School offer 1500rmb-2000rmb housing allowance/Free accommodation per month.
3) KPI (key performance indicators) bonus & Full attendance bonus
4) Proper Working visa provided (Given the teacher have the qualifications)
5) Paid national legal holidays
6) Academic and living support, free Chinese training provided.
6) Contract: One year employment contract (with 2 months probation & a contract renewal bonus)
7) On way flight ticket allowance 4000RMB (Refunds, paid directly after teacher submit receipt)
8) 7 days hotel provided by Company during teacher’s first staying in China (flat has not setup yet)
9) regular company events provided
