SCAD seeks an Enrollment Events Manager to play an integral role in scheduling, planning and executing all Summer Program and Rising Star recruitment activities. You will also assist, create and plan all marketing and promotional strategies designed to bring prospective students to the campus. This role also provides support to the Enrollment Events and Student Ambassadors team. You will work with teams in Savannah and Atlanta to ensure that all processes are consistent among each location.

You will also report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives from start through conclusion to ensure all events and programs are appropriately tracked. You will research target markets to develop leads, collaborate with staff to find and plan for presentation speakers and work with physical resources to arrange facility needs for events.

Additionally, you will provide admission staff with information following events to facilitate follow-up contact, take an active role in recruitment, lead campus tours, visit schools and attend education fairs.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a regional or remote office role, project management capabilities, a good vendor network and excellent communication and organizational skills. You also have strong organizational skills, an ability to work well with others under pressure, a keen attention to detail, strong creative conceptual skills and leadership qualities to provide vision, motivation and guidance.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing or related field
– Two to five years of related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
– Must be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
