eScreen, Inc. part of Abbott's Rapid Diagnostic Division is hiring an Enterprise Account Director - West to sell our technology-enabled drug screening and occupational health Workplace Solutions to Fortune 1000 and larger employers in the West Region. The EAD is responsible for prospecting/selling regional accounts in the territory, identify quality prospects, guide and counsel customers on opportunities using our solutions. Reseller channels such as background screening companies, TPA’s, payroll companies, others are also part of responsibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (KEY ACTIVITIES)
Meet or exceed the annual sales plan as established by the organization for new business.
Prospecting of net new end users and channel partners in National Accounts market to include Fortune 1000 companies, background screening channel partners, national third party administrators, distribution and OEM partners.
Coordinate sales outreach activities and tradeshow participation in support of market visibility and continued revenue growth.
Utilization of Salesforce.com and other tools to manage sales funnel, opportunity development and at risk business.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Required
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
7 -10 years of Sales experience in Diagnostics, Medical Device or related field
Experience selling to large complex customers such as Fortune 500 employers and Integrated Health Networks
Must be willing to travel 50% plus nationally, with overnight travel included
Preferred:
Experience in Workplace Drug Testing, Workplace Occupational Health Services, Background Screening, Human Capital Management or Healthcare industry preferred
Strong and creative prospecting skills in workplace/Fortune 1000/500
Solution Sales approach to sales engagements
Past or current experience working from home office
Ability to negotiate large, complex contracts
Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to work independently
High level of business acumen
Strong presentation skills
