We are looking for a passionate and talented IT Enterprise Application Development Engineer Lead who will be part of the Corporate Function Middleware Platform Group, responsible for leading and delivering process automation capabilities using Pega. As a IT Enterprise Application Development Engineer Lead, you will part of an Agile Team that releases key features to automate and increase efficiency/accuracy of key business operations. As part of the Agile Team, you will also be lead in performing key stages of a feature release including design, configurations, testing, guiding user acceptance and stabilization activities.

IT Enterprise Application Development Engineer Lead work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including: Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system; propose design based on enterprise reference architecture, conducting technical feasibility studies to design possible system solutions; and estimating the technical design scope system solutions. Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, development and governance of the system; Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions; Works closely with IT product owner and business to develop required training, change management and operations process; Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support; Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

Qualifications

As an IT Enterprise Application Development Engineer Lead for Corporate Function Middleware Automation Team, you will visualize, understand and document complex business processes in partnership with business stakeholders. Attention to detail and being able to seek improvement opportunities to diverse business processes are crucial for this role. Demonstrate competence or is interested to learn and apply technologies to enable business process automation. Knowledge of Intel's Finance, Global Trade, Corporate Services, Human Resources business process and operations is an added advantage. Strong architecture and technical skills end user collaboration skills, either during projects or for sustaining purposes will be highly desired. You will need to have strong written and verbal skills providing the ability to communicate complex issues to various audiences including business partner and management. Applicants should be proactive and self-starter with the growth mindset who takes ownership and responsibility for projects and initiatives combined with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings. Experienced in Pega Business Administration, SAP, REST will be added advantages

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum , ITIL, service management processes and tools.

• Proven or 5-10 year working experience as a IT System Analyst, IT Software Engineer or IT Software Developer and experience designing interactive applications and Cloud integration.

• Ability to design, configure and develop enterprise application and integration using the PEGA or Low Code development platform.

• Experience API, REST service and integration.

• Excellent knowledge of databases, such as SQL.

• Experience with test-driven development and ability to document requirements and specifications.

• Produces specifications and determines operational feasibility for software and applications.

• Proficiency in software engineering tools and CI/CD practices.

• Writes well-designed, testable code either custom or from a specific development platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PCSA (Pega Certified System Architect) in Pega 7.4 and above, preferably Pega CSSA (certified Senior System Architect).

• A Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) will be advantage.

• Possess working experience in Pega 7 or above with min. 3-4 years working experience integrating multiple technologies using Pega systems.

• Architect, design, and develop advanced Pega enterprise applications.

• Optimize solutions by performing detailed technical designs and code and design reviews.

• Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality.

• Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
