This position will be focused on Data Centre Group Business.
Responsible for managing Business Partners
\- Conducted business development for Partners to promote growth for their
business and ensure alignment with Lenovo's strategic roadmap
\- Conducted and/or coordinated product enablement and personnel certification
\- Ensured efficient deals management and pipeline progression
\- Coordinated and requested necessary Lenovo resources and processes
\- Ensured Business Partners' compliance to Lenovo standards of business
conduct and integrity
\- Disseminated promotions and incentives
\- Pushed for sell-out of distributor stocks
\- Managed Lenovo-funded events for Business Partner execution
\- Managed, coordinated and addressed reseller concerns and complaints
Responsible for small deals management
\- Ensured attainment of the overall small deals target
\- Coordinated with different Business Units for deal progression
\- Ensured accuracy of the small deals management tool
\- Coordinated with Business Partners on leads assignment and progression
#### Position Requirements:
\- A University Degree from a well-recognized tertiary institution, preferably
in related discipline.
\- Minimum 5 to 8 years of solid successful track record of channel sales /
pre-sale / direct sales experience in the related industry/reseller markets.
\- Good communication skill in both Cantonese, English and Mandarin
\- Focus on generating and driving sales through channels and inside sales in
Hong Kong market.
