The enterprise data and analytics culture and change leader will be part of the leadership team of the newly established enterprise data and analytics architecture and governance organization. This organization has a significant cross-Intel impact and focuses on providing a data advantage to Intel from data strategy and governance to execution and improving business outcomes.
This position needs strong change management and data literacy program leadership experience to execute at enterprise scale and needs to be recognized as a trustworthy advisor in their domain expertise and responsibility by senior business and IT executives, technologists, and data practitioners across Intel.
The position has a strong player-captain role i.e., significant individual contribution scope, as well as requires management of a small team.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Own, drive, and be responsible for the enterprise data literacy and change management strategy, framework, playbook, and program execution.
- Develop immediate, near-term, and long-term roadmaps and implement the data literacy program for enterprise under the guidance of org leadership.
- Lead and evolve the data literacy best known methods (BKM) by building strong partnerships with the enterprise data governance steering committee executives, council member directors, and data and analytics technology enablement working groups to help improve the data experience across Intel and influence effective data tool adoption.
- Lead the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans, including the development of effective stakeholder engagement model.
- Assess data literacy levels across organizations by leveraging the Intel IT customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey results, and define, monitor, and track data literacy and data tool capability adoption KPIs to measure improvement over time.
- Partner with HR, training, and communications team and coordinate training programs on data and tool usage, ensuring a coordinated approach across business units. This includes designing and implementing a range of data and analytics related training programs, webinars, workshops, boot camps and meetups for various target audiences.
- Identify obstacles to change and recommend corrective action with timely escalation and support as needed.
- Contribute to creating awareness and adoption of data governance initiatives, programs, and training across Intel (newsletter, communities of practice, roadshows, presentation materials, video script, emails, etc.).
- Mentor, coach, and guide the data culture and change team members and engage and support other change management colleagues, to help advance the collective knowledge and skillset within the change management community at Intel.
- Help with planning TCM resources, performance reviews, and contributing to and complying with the organization’s budgetary decisions.

- Executive presence with experience presenting data culture related ideas and solutions flawlessly to executives (VP and above), senior level directors, and engineering leaders
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or MBA/Master's degree in Business Analytics, Organizational Management or any other related field
- Proven 9+ years of track record experience ideating, leading, and managing large scale transition change management (TCM) initiatives with emphasis on data transformation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with:
- Atlassian tools (Jira, Trello or Confluence)
- PowerBI, Tableau, or similar for executive dashboards and reports
- Agile product management and working with scrum teams
- Engaging with technical and non-technical audiences to understand their priorities and related data skill needs
- Establishing a data fluent organization by creating an awareness campaign, delivering training, proactively managing resistance, and developing a coaching plan to ensure leaders/managers are onboard with the change
- Working with all levels of employees from entry-level to senior leadership
- Big 4 consulting firms or hi-tech company

Inside this Business GroupIntel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$121,260.00-$193,880.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
