The National Vice President Sales, Enterprise Intelligence, responsible for driving profitable growth & market share, customer satisfaction, while developing new go-to-market strategies and business models. Strong partnership and collaboration with Enterprise Intelligence business management team for success of the Enterprise Intelligence portfolio. Geographic Region – North America. Key Responsibilities: · Bookings of Hospital IQ and Enterprise Intelligence portfolio. · Funnel growth of Hospital IQ and Enterprise Intelligence portfolio. · Strong partnership with Enterprise Intelligence Business Management GM and team · Collaborates on customer account strategy with ES Team, SCA, ECG, CI2, RVPs, and Federal Account Managers. · Ownership of the deals & the sales process. Sell Enterprise Intelligence solutions on standalone basis and also into value partnership accounts. · Upon achievement of sales objectives, build solution engineer/ sales specialist team to further scale and grow Enterprise Intelligence solutions. Additional Responsibilities: · Assist in creating incentive structure across ES, SCA, ECG and other stakeholders to drive business success. · Assesses technical/sales/professional developmental needs of ES, SCA, ECG stakeholders in the delivery of Enterprise Intelligence portfolio. · Ensures active participation and engagement of ES, SCA, ECG stakeholders in daily Enterprise Intelligence business execution. · Demonstrates a high degree of understanding of market dynamics, opportunities and risks. Provides excellence in win/loss reporting, trending, and solution development for future deals. · Drives quality excellence and develops teams to use CRM data to improve market strategies and effectiveness. · Creates transparency to forecast and achievement of business line specific goals / MBOs. · Responsible for climbing the customer ladder to help drive customer satisfaction. · Manage multiple levels of managers, across one or more major functional areas, groups and/or operations. Knowledge & Experience 10+ years of Leadership experience in Patient Flow, Digital Health, and Command Center, focused organizations, in both sales and product management. Demonstrates advance understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management. Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of strategic planning, cross-functional business practices, and operating procedures for a major functional area. Previous sales and operations management experience. Education: Bachelors degree required and MBA preferred Additional Requirements Strong analytical skills and understanding of strategic business goals. Proven track record in driving, developing and mentoring high performance teams. Strong work ethic and commitment. Demonstrated ability to form relationships and collaborate with senior management in field sales organization & NAM headquarters.
