Job Description
You will act as the primary Siemens representative for Enterprise Customers seeking to improve the energy and asset performance of their building portfolio fostering Enterprise Programmatic approach across countries and Regions. Bridging the two departments of EPS and EB to ensure all Enterprise sales opportunities are aligned with the EPS strategy and portfolio, to engage specialized support where required and provide customer and market feedback on new requirements. Managing processes from initial Request for Information (RFI), to complex Request for Proposals (RFP), to Pitch presentations through and client engagement / co-creation. You will participate in and lead; customer presentations, site surveys, co-creation workshops, sales negotiations and customer escalations, etc. You will align with key stakeholders to ensure availability of appropriate local team resources and agree objectives and timelines. You will be an ambassador of the GEN and EPS organizations, adopting and promoting modern leadership techniques across departmental and geographical boundaries to achieve: Sustainable & profitable growth for both the Enterprise and EPS businesses Global competency development (In house or outsourced) of the EPS country businesses to support standardised works Supporting the RSS drive towards >15% RoS Active participant in the EPS global strategy deployment Establish a comprehensive set of defined standard energy reduction measures to be deployed to customers What skills and experience will you bring to the role? Sound business and sales acumen with high focus on results (proven ability to drive results and accountability of business performance) Decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities Deep understanding of ESG framework and Sustainability targets at enterprise level Technical competence in Energy demand and supply side Experience in inspiring and managing business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment and collaborate across multiple teams in order to achieve common business objectives Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional international environment Excellent networking skills gained in an international multi-cultural environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills, oral and written skills in English, and/or one other European language.
