As an Enterprise Sales Director, you and your team of Account Executives will engage with the largest customers and prospects across various industry segments with a focus on services industries (e.g. Banking, Insurances, Retail, Logistic etc.) You pro-actively drive our engagement model for a profitable and sustainable growing business. You will be achieving your goals by mentoring and developing your team to bring them to their full productivity fast and make them successful. You will represent Mendix and help your colleagues to leverage cross functional resources to bring value and success for clients. Your responsibilities in this role are: You are responsible for the strategy and performance of the Mendix Business (ARR, logos, growth) in your assigned verticals (Finance, Retail, Logistic, Services and Public Sector) You lead a team of 7 Enterprise Account Executives, setting the priorities to grow our business and define the targets for related functions included in your responsibility You identify and validate new business opportunities in order to continuously increase the ARR, logos and growth of Mendix You develop strategic ARR-generating partnerships, share standard methodologies as well as building and train our go to market channels on the defined industry solutions You provide accurate forecasting and lead the performance of your team You are the right person for this role if you have Proven, track record in successful customer engagements, growing new business and quota achievement Management experience in leading and bringing a sales team to the next level Demonstrated ability to actively listen to customers, understand their expectations and to establish relationships at the highest levels In-depth knowledge of how industry vertical evaluates, purchases, and delivers software, with the ability to translate such knowledge into comprehensive strategies and market value for Mendix and its low-code offering.
