Job Description

The Role

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible to introduce Tesla’s current and future model portfolio for professional clients in the region. He/she will establish Tesla’s vehicles in company car policies and expand the key account portfolio. The Enterprise Sales Manager will support the store sales staff with tools to drive incremental sales and work closely with all staff engaged in the sales process. The role will require a fast paced and driven individual with exceptional internal and external communication skills.The Enterprise Sales Manager will report to the Hong Kong Sales Manager and the relevant Country Director. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all sales objectives are met and exceeded
  • Act as primary point of contact for corporate clients, short-term rental and taxi operating companies.
  • Stimulate the demand by visiting and informing clients in regards to Tesla’s corporate sales proposition.
  • Organize test drives and events for potential company car drivers at the workplace or at a Tesla location.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all vehicles, processes and business finance solutions. Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis.
  • Consistent and continued usage of the CRM system, to log appointments, calls, test drives, contacts and meeting notes. Maintain a suite of accurate reports.
  • Manage the overall business plan by working with other departments. Facilitate team and partner meetings regularly and effectively.
  • Manage and optimize the usage of the demo vehicle assigned for individual test drives and test drive events.
  • Work on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required .

Requirements

  • B2B experience tied to the automotive sector or similar areas required
  • A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid knowledge of business finance solutions
  • Bachelor’s or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Driving license
