· Deploy strategic sales plan for regional Enterprise business including multi-vendor service, asset management, relocation services and related lab enterprise services
· Manage funnel growth, win/loss analysis and general enterprise sales acumen within the sales team
· Develop account plans and able to target all levels of customer organization with particular focus (laboratory management, procurement management, and director levels)
· Work closely with the service sales team in China to drive growth in this area and able to motivate, influence and guide peers through complex customer sales cycles
· Closely work with China service delivery team for Enterprise business pre/post implementation process
· Consultative solution selling skills
