Your tasks and responsibilities Responsible for the management of complex solution offerings in customer projects across KSA and support the development of the activities for value partnership Create executive presentations that visually communicate a compelling solution concept narrative Able to present and pitch new concepts to C-level internal and external Prepare offer solutions and act as bid manager for value partnership deals. Coordinate customer discussions to define the final offering, while in others support and empower local sales teams Understand customers’ needs and how to address these by value-based, comprehensive solutions – combining existing portfolio elements with tailored, customer-specific offerings & solutions Understand the general competitive landscape in value partnerships and how to leverage our unique selling points to differentiate from competition Establish project plans for the bid phase and manage the execution accordingly (that includes also adequate resource management) to ensure deliveries from all contributing parties,including potential external partners for a successful bid Working closely with the wider global ES community and local stakeholders This position may suit you best, if you enjoy working solution-oriented in an international team, consider complex customer needs as additional motivation that you structure and translate into a tailored offering. Your Qualifications and Experience Bachelors’ degree in either economics, a medical or technical subject with significant professional experience in solution sales or customer project management (preference in the Healthcare/Life Science industry) Understand healthcare systems, have sales, and project management experience or healthcare expert domain knowledge, ideally diagnostic imaging Preferably you also have a broad all-round scope, from understanding customer economics to technical understanding and development of comprehensive customer-specific solutions You can show a distinctive service attitude and ideally you already gained experience in a multi-cultural environment Experience in risk management and knowledge in internal release processes is as beneficial as good communication and presentation skills You communicate business fluent in English.
