Job Description
Responsibilities
1.Plan and Implement Engaging Lessons: Develop and deliver age-appropriate English language lessons, incorporating games, songs, and activities to enhance language acquisition.
2.Create a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom atmosphere to encourage children's learning and development.
3.Assess Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate children's language development and provide feedback to parents and school staff.
4.Encourage Language Use: Promote the use of English through daily interactions, storytelling, and vocabulary activities.
5.Support Cultural Exchange: Introduce students to different cultures and traditions through themed activities and celebrations.
6.Collaborate with Other Staff: Work alongside local teachers and staff to ensure cohesive learning experiences and share best practices.
7.Maintain Classroom Management with local Chinese teacher as well as an ayi: Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all students.
8.Communicate with Parents: Engage with parents regarding their child's progress and share tips for supporting language development at home.
9.Participate in Professional Development: Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on early childhood education trends.

Requirements
1.Must be a native English speakers.
2.Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is preferred.
3.Teaching Qualification: Hold a valid teaching certification or qualification (eg., TESOL, TEFL)
4.Experience with Young Learners: Previous experience teaching young children, particularly in an early childhood education setting, is highly desirable.
5.Creative and Enthusiastic: A passion for teaching and the ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to young learners’ interests and development levels.
6.Patience and Flexibility: Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in managing the diverse needs of young learners.

- Salary: 16K-25K after tax monthly (based on relevant experience, qualifications and related education background)

We make sure that you feel comfortable teaching at our school
1.Student age: 2-6 years old
2.Class size : around 20 kids with teaching assistant and a yi in each class(a yi will help for the kids dinner and going to bathroom)
3.Working hour: Monday to Friday 8:00am till 4:30pm. (Two days off on weekend)
