The job holder shall be responsible for environment management in the company, include daily management, management system, communication with government, and so on, and keep sustainable development of the company.

Responsibilities职责：

• Regularly identify and implement national environmental protection management guidelines, policies, decrees, regulations and related requirements, as well as the requirements and regulations of the local environmental protection bureau;

  定期识别并贯彻执行国家有关环保的管理方针、政策、法令、法规和上级有关规定要求，以及当地的环保局的规定和要求；

• Organize and promote the implementation of the company's environmental management system (ISO14001);

  组织，推动，落实公司环境管理体系（ISO14001）各项工作;

• Responsible for the revision of environmental protection related management system and operating procedures, and organize the implementation of relevant education and training work;

  负责环保相关管理制度和操作规程的修订，并组织实施相关教育培训工作;

• Supervise and implement the environmental protection technical measures plan and scheme;

  监督执行工厂环保技术措施计划和方案;

• Responsible for the revision and updating of the emergency plan for emergency environmental events, organize regular environmental emergency drills according to the requirements;

  负责突发环境事件应急预案修订更新，定期按要求组织开展环境应急演练;

• Responsible for supervising and managing the online exhaust gas and rain water monitoring system; Responsible for of LARD’s leakage detecting and repairing, and VOC management.

  负责监督管理公司废气雨排等在线监测系统，LARD检漏与修复，以及VOC整治管理.

• Responsible for daily management of waste water, waste gas, solid waste and so on;

  负责公司废水，废气，固体废物等的日常管理;

• Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the company environmental management ledger and updating of environmental protection related management system in internet.

负责建立维护公司环境管理台账以及环保相关管理系统的更新;

9. Responsible for daily inspection of the company's environmental protection, establish the hidden trouble management account, follow up the supervision and rectification.

负责公司环保日常检查，建立隐患治理台帐，跟进督促整改;

10. Responsible for the statistical report of environmental accidents, participate in the investigation and analysis of the accident, and urge the improvement;

负责环境事故的统计上报，参与事故的调查和分析，并督促改进;

11. Responsible for the applying and management of the company's discharge permit;

负责公司排污许可证申办和管理;

12. Responsible for the company's reconstruction and expansion, new projects of environmental protection three simultaneous procedures.

负责公司改扩建、新建项目的环保三同时手续的办理;

13. Make annual environmental monitoring plan according to the relevant requirements and supervise the implementation of the third party in the factory

按有关要求制定年度环境监测计划，并监督实施。

14. Participate in various environmental protection meetings and related training, complete the tasks assigned by the environmental protection department according to the requirements, responsible for reception of environmental inspection of government;

参加各类环保工作会议及有关培训，按要求及时完成上级环保部门布置的各项任务。负责接待政府部门的有关环保检查;

15. Complete other works assigned by superiors.

完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

Requirements任职要求

• Candidates must have a degree of college with Chemical or safety / Environment Engineering major.

  大专以上化工或安全环境等相关专业

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in SHE management in the factory;

  1年以上SHE管理工作经验;

• Basic reading, written skill of English.拥有基本的英语读写能力;

• Good communication and organization skill, good safety system management good MS-office skill;良好的组织协调及沟通能力，开展系统环境管理工作,能熟练使用常见办公软件;
